We focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives, and deliver data-driven solutions. + Develop and implement new features to enhance user experience and drive engagement. + Design and execute operational events to support user acquisition and retention. + Collect, process, and analyze large, complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. + Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and engaging visualizations and presentations. + Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools in software development, data analysis, and growth strategies. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. + At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, data analysis, or a related field. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ or Kotlin. + Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
