As a Senior Software Engineer on the Connexity Marketplace Engineering Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our marketplace platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features, enhance system performance, and drive technical excellence. Responsibilities: Design and Development: Lead the design and implementation of complex features and components for the Connexity marketplace platform. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. System Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance to handle large-scale data and high-traffic loads. Implement improvements to enhance overall system efficiency and reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Promote best practices in coding, testing, and software design.
