You will be responsible for designing and programming a small module or a large component and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area.  She/he will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. She/he will Lead design discussion in a limited manner.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructureProviding technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7Working with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & visionTranslate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standardsWork with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plansDrive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuseSupporting process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activitiesCoach, mentor and lead the teamWorking cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverablesDriving world-class quality in the development and support of productsCommunicate effectively both within immediate team and also across leadership teamEnsuring team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and resultsEngaging subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledgeApplying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing TechniquesWriting code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the projectUnderstanding performance parameters and assess application performanceWorking on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using technology chosenProactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. .A minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development using microservices architecture.Proven expertise in Node.js and Angular, with a strong portfolio of projectsSolid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIsExperience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQLExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureKnowledge of DevOps tools and practicesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
