Position Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support AI safety in manufacturing. You will leverage your expertise in React, Typescript, Redux, and Python to build robust, scalable software solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, allowing for a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop front-end applications using React, Typescript, and Redux. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Maintain and optimize existing software to ensure performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python for back-end services. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are implemented. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. Technical Skills: Proficient in React, Typescript, and Redux. Strong experience with Python (or a similar language) for back-end development. Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and front-end build pipelines.
