Principal responsibilities

• Training and support delivery to new hires by adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Task queues monitoring and relevant resource allocation, quality control and team management assist.
• Mission-critical processes, general process streamline and automations.
• Motivate the team by rewarding performance, maintain a healthy environment on floor and thereby keep attrition in acceptable limits.
• Efficiently handle migrations and other projects; ensure that PLAs are agreed and staff holds a good understanding of them.
• Ensure necessary actions are taken to comply with audit recommendations in a timely manner.
