Responsibilities:

Work with the existing application team to turn requirements into cost-effective and solutions by applying knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.Work with various stakeholders to make enhancements and modernize the existing application.  Take part in system development including analysis, design, coding, and testing.Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd party solutions in JLL environment.Work closely with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with the other (often third party) web and data services and support the back-end developers by integrating their work with the application. Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to application database. Provide on-going support to application used within the organization.

Experience & Education          

5 to 9 years of IT experienceBachelor’s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science.  Advance degree preferred.Self-motivated, self-starter and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects. Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning.Demonstrated ability to lead development activities and manage stakeholders’ expectations globally across multiple project initiatives. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.Excellent range of hands-on technical experience

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Mandatory:

Software development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, VB.NET, windows services.Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) process and implementationsExperience in integration with Microsoft exchange, AD, WorkDay, O365, ServiceNowExperience in User access management like access provisioning and deprovisioningSQL Server, IIS, Azure cloud hosting patternsWeb Service Architectures - Web Services, .NET Web API, Rest APICI/CD experience - GitHub Actions, Octopus, and other Azure CI/CD tools.

Preferable:

Experience in real estate or leasing domainJavaScript frameworksFamiliarity with Development of re-useable frameworks, libraries to be used by multiple development teamsFamiliarity with cloud native application architecture patternsArchitecting Applications in Microsoft AzureAPI Design concepts and Development of RESTful web servicesExperience using DevOps Tools for CI/CDExperience with Tools and Best Practices for Secure Application DevelopmentExperience in Azure APIM
