\n\nLead requirement gathering to enable effective scrum refinements.\nCreate technical implementation plan, gain product, development lead and solution architect approval. \nEnsure all activities and dependencies are identified in the planning phase.\nLiaise closely with other developers and development team stakeholders to provide accurate estimates of efforts and delivery timeframes - ensuring the inclusion of all activities required to implement the proposed design and having input into the planning process.\nDevelop solutions that will deliver to defined expectations.\nEnsure security and compliance with appropriate certifications and standards are intrinsic within the code and programming techniques used.\nEnsure feature implementation is delivered with no Production defects.\nEnsure all work is delivered with Production scalability and performance in mind. \nAll code written must be modular, maintainable and uses asynchronous techniques wherever applicable.\nEscalate issues and delays in a timely manner.\nReview majority of the code commits and provide constructive feedback.\nUnderstand SLAs for our products and provide remediation to production issues to meet the SLA obligations.\nEnsure all work is tracked and logged correctly using tracking tools.\nEnsure solutions delivered to testing and support to achieve the agreed quality standard.\nBecome and act as a subject matter expert, providing advice to development team stakeholders.\nImplement automated solutions to ensure high code quality standards.\nMaintain and improve area of specialist knowledge by keeping up to date with advances in industry and undergoing approved training where appropriate.\n

Essential:-

\n\nTertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience at a senior level. \n5 – 8+ years software development experience in a similar role. \nProven record of delivering features. \nAbility to work effectively with stakeholders like Product Owner, Architects, Leads, QA, etc. \nExperience with Production support.\n\n

Experience with the following:

\n\nSPA frameworks o RESTful API frameworks o Node.js \nMicro-frontend architecture \nTypescript\nAngular / React\nRelational SQL databases \nNoSQL databases \nUI automation frameworks and libraries Git\nGood Understanding of CI/CD , Cloud Computing, Centonization etc \nAdvanced knowledge and experience in the following: \nAsynchronous programming techniques.\nModular, maintainable, and testable code patterns. \nWriting code that complies with modern secure code practices.\nDependency management to prevent security vulnerabilities.\nBranching models to match product deployment and support policies.\n\n

Enforcing code quality through PRs.

\n\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal. \nAbility to build and sustain effective relationships. \nNo restrictions to travel.\n
