We’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Programmer/Developer to serve as an integral part of our software team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market-released products, demonstrating software and server optimization skills in an agile software environment. A customer-first approach is central to this role, directly supporting the ongoing development of complex CUAS systems in mission-critical applications. The candidate will cross-train with our lead software developer, as well as work alongside our principal software engineer to ensure a deep understanding of system requirements and capability roadmap. They will support development and integration of graphical tools for the monitoring and analysis of radio frequency spectral data. Additionally, there will be opportunities to engage with technical teams across the BlueHalo enterprise for integration with other sensors and platforms.

Primary responsibilities:
Core Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Python, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node.js, C++Experience with responsive front-end development and single-page application (SPA) designExperience with RESTful API design and AJAXApplication/implementation of HTTP and MQTT protocolsFamiliarity with Laravel and other MVC frameworksExperience in web application security concepts and testing/scanning toolsSQL query design with MySQL or another DBMSUI design libraries such as Vue.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.Git software development workflowsUnderstanding of basic radio frequency conceptsUnderstanding of basic digital signal processing conceptsExperience with Software Defined Radio You’re required to have this- The candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Lead front-end software developer on market-released products
- Full web stack capability, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
- Experience developing interactive HTML canvas visualizations
- Work in an environment of Agile software and test-driven development
- Must be a US Citizen with appropriate identification
