We are looking for an experienced, motivated, Agile promoter, solution-oriented person as Senior Software Architect to join our Concentrix Catalyst Organization and help us reimagine the future. We are looking for a high degree of independent execution, ownership, leadership, and responsibility for helping clients implement the technological solutions they need. This is a varied role which offers exposure to multiple technologies. A commitment to collaborative, sophisticated design, and delivering quality solution(s) is necessary. The work will be both in consultative stages to help define solutions but also leading engineering efforts to implement those solutions.
You will:
Act as a Solution lead in client engagements, design target enterprise architectures aligned with client’s long-term expectationsAct as a Solution Consultant that will evaluate the scalability, flexibility, and integration capabilities of existing systems to ensure proposed architectures support future growth Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide development teamBe responsible for making high level decisions for software developmentProvide high-level technical guidance and ensure quality through architecture and selective code reviews.Leverage agile software engineering practices to deliver predictable and high-quality releases in collaboration with product managers.Develop a high-performance team and establish a culture of continuous learning while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Qualifications:
12+ years of application software development experience, at least 3 years experience as a Software ArchitectFull lifecycle experience in developing enterprise software applications (SDLC)Proven expertise in implementing continuous integration, delivery, and DevSecOps practices.Hand-on experience in building enterprise-grade products using different Architecture Styles - Microservices, Event Driven, SOA, Lambda.Hands-on expertise in at least one of the SQL and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with multi-cloud architectureExperience architecting high-impact, reliable, applications in cloud, using modern, market leading technologies (microservices, API, scalability, multi-cloud)Understanding of integration best practices, patterns, data repositories, and infrastructure.Excellent English skillsBachelor's engineering degree in Computer Science or related. A Master’s degree is a plus.What we offering:
