Senior Social Media Manager
We’re on a journey to transform Sage into an iconic global brand. Our goal is no small feat – leading Sage into the most human-centric brand in our category. But this transformation is more than a mere shift in strategy; it's a complete evolution.

The Challenge? We’re widely known in the UK (the birthplace of Sage) and working towards growing our brand awareness in North America.

Your Mission? Help increase Sage’s brand awareness in North America through human-centric social media strategies and campaigns that truly connect prospects and customers to our brand and drive engagement. You’ll own the strategy and hands-on execution of social media campaigns for North America (targeting our mid-market segment - 'financial professionals' - e.g. our Sage Intacct product) with an emphasis on collaborating with our internal sports sponsorship team and maximizing our MLB partnership. This includes establishing KPIs, implementing measurement frameworks, managing a budget, and agency partnerships.

Why Sage? What's in it for you?
Sage empowers small to medium-sized businesses, the backbone of our economies, to succeed with AI-powered Accounting & Financial Management software solutions. Knowing that 6M of our global customers depend on our solutions, motivates us to keep innovating so they keep growing. Sage Copilot is a prime example: https://youtu.be/TaXRflh0Nz4?si=_CVy334Jf-fmYPPI

In addition to a comprehensive compensation package (base + 20% annual bonus), you'll get to test your strategic and tactical skills at a stable, global software company, contributing to a human-centric brand with products consistently rated #1 in customer satisfaction for 10 consecutive years. Build your global network while collaborating and learning from globally diverse, customer-centric teams committed to being creative, bold, and effective. Enjoy a working environment with values & behaviors you can be proud of (Human, Trust, Bold & Simplify), where work-life balance and giving back to our communities via our Sage Foundation are supported (employees benefit from 40 paid hours for volunteering days per year).

What You’ll Appreciate About Your Team
We pride ourselves on nurturing an environment of respect, mutual support, and open communication. You’ll thrive under the guidance of a ‘down-to-earth’ leader (Global Social Media Director) celebrated for his supportive, trusting, and human-centric approach. You’ll find his approach to leadership refreshing and empowering! You’ll appreciate his social media expertise, commitment to knowledge sharing, and deep investment in each team member’s development.

How will you be set up for success? Your first 90 days
Your first 60 days will be learning all things Sage – our brand, our customers, our products, our values, and more. You’ll meet stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and start building relationships. You’ll have the support of your leader to help you onboard, and various resources to tap into. Your initial focus will be gathering data and asking insightful questions – analyzing what’s working well and what’s not. By 90 days, you'll start prioritizing campaigns surrounding the opening of our new North America flagship office (Ponce City Market) and the launch of our Customer Hub. You'll also have gained enough information to develop strategies and ideas to innovate and improve NA social campaigns.
