Senior Site Agent – Job Opportunity

Hire Resolve is urgently looking for a Senior Site Agent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for our client, while ensuring successful completion within deadlines and budgets.

Project Overview:
Construction of the New Nursing College Kimberley Phase 2A for the Department of Roads and Public Works, Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Knowledge of JBCC, construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Site Management: Manage teams and subcontractors, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety standards. Monitor project progress, make adjustments, and ensure timely completion. Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain project documentation. Coordinate inspections and approvals.

Skills & Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in managing general building, sewer, roads, water, and earthworks projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CCS, BuildSmart, and Microsoft Office Suite. A BSc/BTech in a related field is required. Valid driver’s license and no criminal record.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
