This is the position of a SharePoint and Power Apps/Automate Specialist in the global "Digital Solutions and Content Management (DSCS)" Team. The employee will collaborate with team members in Hyderabad, Mexico and Germany, and be responsible for the management and operations of the global SharePoint infrastructure. The employee will develop Power App and Power Automate solutions based on SharePoint for Celanese departments around the globe.
Responsibilities:- Implement custom business applications on SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate: understand and analyze business requirements for new solutions; design data model, application logic and UI/UX; develop, test and release solution.
- Implement automated workflows, sites, lists, libraries and webpages in SharePoint.
- Manage global SharePoint Online infrastructure for Celanese with SharePoint Admin Center and PowerShell.
- Manage Secure SharePoint infrastructure in Azure (SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition). Apply security patches, configure server roles, manage storage).
- Support the complex Secure SharePoint environment that contains sensitive personal and intellectual property data. Understand and further develop security measures that protect the environment.
- Resolve incidents and fulfill requests for services provided by the Digital Solutions Team using ServiceNow.
- Plan and execute migration of SharePoint content with Sharegate.
- Manage other cloud services, such as Smartsheet.
Required Qualifications
+5 years of experience in a similar positionExpert for developing custom business applications on SharePoint using Power Apps and Power Automate, in an Enterprise environment.Advanced in SharePoint administration and development, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Subscription Edition.Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Needs to be able to have a professional conversation with internal customers.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.High School diplomaFluent in EnglishDesired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeProficient in analyzing requirements with business customers and translate them into data models, UI, and application designs.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services.
