The role involves consulting and crafting unique solutions for enterprise clients using the ServiceNow platform. You'll participate in projects that implement, configure, and maintain the NowPlatform, expanding your technical and business skills in a worldwide context. As a Global Elite partner, EY utilizes extensive ServiceNow modules to develop innovative solutions.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects.
To qualify for the role, you must have
4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others) Proficiency in English Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC Proficient in aligning DORA's digital resilience framework with ServiceNow's GRC and SecOps features for the financial sector. Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance within ServiceNow in regards to European Union and financial services regulations Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Ideally, you’ll also have
German or other European languages would be an advantage Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economic field
