Senior Service Manager

What you will do

Business Development: Service Design & Development:

Support with Service Design & Development activities according to the Allianz’s standards, rules and practices (Service Blueprint, Operating model, governance structure, business case and others) Lead and manage services through design and run phase ensuring adherence to timelines, tight deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Support for contract management activities: contract creation, contract reviews, creation of contract amendments and service description. Reporting project specific information to various stakeholders: Regular project reporting covering topics such as achievements, risks, issues, impediments, decisions, financials & team capacity.

KPIs tracking and reporting.

Financial Management & Reporting: Budget controlling. Provide support in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for services. Provide support to Sales Management, assisting in sales-related activities such as proposal preparation with focus pricing and contract negotiation

Stakeholder Management:

Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings / workshops with the internal teams as well as with customers. Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with clients, vendors, and global service delivery teams. Continuous Service Improvement / Quality Management: Conduct regular” Customer Satisfaction Interviews” with the customers (at least once a year) and create a list of issues & service improvement measures. Manage documentation, including service plans, reports, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

 

What you bring

Coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally. Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams „proactive customer-centric working style”. Incorporation of good self-organization is required. Autonomous working style. Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

 

You have

University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 3+ years of relevant working experience ideally with experience in service/project management, preferably with a focus on global projects and services coordination. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail. Strong understanding budget controlling. Strong problem-solving abilities. Fluent English is required (speaking and writing).
