As aSenior Service Excellence Coach, you’ll play a key role in optimizing service execution, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and profitability across our global maintenance operations. The role is available for Tampere, Helsinki- Finland and Ljungby, Sweden. Main tasks and responsibilities + Develop & implement global service processes to drive efficiency in maintenance operations + Support and collaborate with Kalmar’s country service teams, ensuring smooth execution of best practices + Standardize tools & processes for a unified way of working across Kalmar Services globally + Drive continuous improvement in contract and on-demand service business + Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing service operations and implementing new solutions + Lead cross-functional collaboration to support business development and innovation. What you’ll need to succeed + Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Management (or equivalent) + 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations in a global manufacturing company + Expertise in technical maintenance, contract business, and service execution + Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and develop service teams + Collaboration & communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels + Commercial acumen with an action-oriented and structured approach + Fluency in English is a must.
