Senior Service Analyst, Executive Services
Site Name: Belgium-Wavre Posted Date: Jan 23 2025 Key Responsibilities: Play a key role providing Tech support to GSK Senior Executives, their administrators and meeting facilitators – both operational and within a process improvement/project context. Build strong working relationships with Tech product owners and key service providers, through regular contact, to raise understanding and awareness of Executive issues/needs. With focus on improving the exec experience, reducing end-to-end cycle time, reducing volume of Tech incidents as well as identifying service improvement opportunities. Represents the Exec Services team at meetings and forums as appropriate. Understands global client demographics and Tech profiles, through research and regular customer engagement. Keep aligned with GSK’s collaboration and productivity tools to identify opportunities to enhance exec productivity. Promotes standards, use of IT best practice and collaborative tools. Has a proactive attitude; takes personal responsibility to develop own skills and aligns with working practices of the team. Excellent communication and customer service skills (given level of engagement with senior Executives within GSK). When investigating issues for GLT, identifies key stakeholders in Tech to ensure timely communication and visibility where applicable. Provide focused consultation and support for Meeting Facilitators – manage relationship to maximize meeting success. Approx balance of 50% Customer engagement, 25% project work and 25% operational work This role will also support Site Operations and will be required to assist with operational tasks for the site. Is sole Executive Support for the resident Wavre Execs including 1 GLT member plus provide support for visiting execs as well as remote support for entire Exec client base as needed. As needed will provide on\offsite support for Exec Service supported meetings as per our policy criteria. Take personal responsibility to develop the skills and working practices of the group. Engages with Executive clients to understand working practices and opportunities for productivity improvements. Research solutions and utilizes expertise required to determine solution; develops and presents recommendations. Leads actions, delivers with key improvements and ensures consistent implementation across all Exec Services sites. Ability to work on several task\activities, prioritizing accordingly based on business need with minimal supervision. May lead teams and manage processes, within Executive Support or as part of wider service management. Provide regular updates to Exec Services Team on assigned projects. Why You? Qualifications: Strong understanding of ITIL. Proficient understanding of Windows PCs , iOS both for mobile devices and Mac. Deep knowledge of GSK collaboration and meeting tools, best practices, and recommended ways of working. Complete technical and strategic understanding of relevant technologies as part of the standard GSK IT platform. Ability to work independently as well as on teams, both internal and external to Executive Services. Post graduate degree plus 4-6 years IT experience or significant equivalent experience without a degree.
