BAE Systems is seeking a Scrum Master with 6 years of experience running an Agile development team and performing System Engineering work. This is a hybrid position that allows for a 50/50% split between in-office and remote work. This means that the candidate must be at the BAE San Diego campus location 50% of the time. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
