Senior Sales Strategy Manager, International

**Responsibilities**
It’s the Sales Strategy team’s mission to profitability maximize our sales channel distribution for Domestic Parks and Disney Signature Experiences.
You will lead key stakeholders to deliver international business opportunities and strategic recommendations based on consumer and market insights and operational feasibility.
This highly visible role is available in the organization and has significant strategic responsibility supporting Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line.
Along with managing delivery of sales strategies, you would help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership.
The **Sr. Sales Strategy Manager** reports to the Marketing Strategy Director.

**On Any One Day You Might:**
+ Lead sales channel distribution and product strategies, with responsibility for leading data and consumer insight driven sales channel decisions and the supporting analytics that drive significant direct revenue contribution
+ Project manage the development and implementation of sales channel strategies including associated technology capabilities and process solutions, leading partners and processes to ensure seamless go-to-market across sales channels
+ Develop new sales programs, reimagine base business models, and champion sales technology capabilities that shape the future of sales distribution strategies
+ Assist in management of Long-Term Plan and Annual Operating Plan across all lines of business
+ Expedite International’s Customer Experience opportunities
+ Represent international in select cross-functional forums and project teams providing leadership on needs and strategic business impacts
+ Build your team’s recommendation and present to partners and senior leaders including Senior Executive audience
+ Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation on your team
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, product development, or financial analysis / analytical role
+ 2+ years of experience in business analytics / strategy
+ Strong financial acumen with ability to decipher complex business models and profitable strategies
+ An entrepreneurial spirit driving innovative ideas and challenging the status quo
+ Ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations for executive audiences under tight timelines
+ Ability to build trust, influence others, and navigate ambiguity
+ Proven experience leading strategic initiatives focused on business growth and development
+ Proven ability to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities
+ Proven ability to project management multiple projects simultaneously with varying stakeholders
+ Must work well in a fast-paced business and display professionalism and confidence in complex situations
+ Advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous travel and / or hospitality industry experience in a sales or marketing role
+ Knowledge of Disney Destinations Sales and Marketing
**Required Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering).
**Preferred Education:**
+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration
