We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our Honeywell Life Sciences team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have experience and a proven track record in selling software solutions to the Life Sciences industry in Ireland, working with key customer stakeholders. You will need to be motivated to achieve exceptional business growth by working at an enterprise level with new customers and existing strategic accounts. You must be both technically proficient and have a high level of commercial acumen to create and communicate innovative solutions that deliver quantifiable results to customers.

 

Main responsibilities

 

Manages customer interaction, guiding our customers through their digital transformation journey by leveraging Honeywell's rich software portfolio, covering industrial transformation, IoT, quality management (eQMS), industrial automation, cybersecurity, building automation and more.

Develops new software license and service orders for industrial software, both in assigned and new accounts.

Meets or exceeds annual order targets in corporate accounts.

Manages the entire sales process to ensure achievement of key performance indicators, with a strong focus on new business sales, while expanding the existing footprint.

Actively understands the assigned account's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.

Generates consistent results by effectively leveraging a sales team including sales engineers, customer engagement managers, delivery teams, product teams and strategic teams.

Leads the development and execution of designated account plans and stakeholder mapping while taking into account stakeholder priorities and pain points.

Main Requirements

 

A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in software sales, with experience in selling enterprise software solutions to IT/OT decision-makers.

Solid experience in selling SaaS solutions.

Experience in selling Industry 4.0 software solutions within the manufacturing industry.

Experience in selling eQMS software solutions is highly advantageous.

Fluency in English is essential for this position.

Some UK travel may be required

Proven ability to build relationships with C-level contacts in order to sell solutions, establishing peer-to-peer relationships, articulating a strategic vision and closing deals with the customer's business, IT and operations leaders.

 

Experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, Medical Devices).
