We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to drive channel and direct sales efforts in Mexico. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the oil & gas, petrochemical and industrial markets, working closely with channel partners, EPCs, OEMs, and end users to achieve growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B industrial equipment sales, with expertise in flow and process control, instrumentation, or industrial valves being a strong plus.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across both channel and direct sales in Mexico.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and key end users to maximize business opportunities.

• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities, including market penetration strategies and competitive positioning.

• Driving channel partner enablement, ensuring alignment on sales goals, training, and performance management.

• Managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.

• Working cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to support customer needs and business objectives.

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven B2B sales experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical or industrial markets. At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales roles

• Track record of success in developing and managing direct or channel sales strategies.

• Have commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze markets and create effective business strategies.

• Demonstrate relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience working across complex sales environments.

• Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global matrix organization.

• Have hands-on leadership style, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

• Be fluent in English and Spanish is required.

• Have willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
