Job DescriptionJob Summary
Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of sales team and business expansion / development to achieve the company’s sales goals by formulating sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong sales experience, management excellence, and communication skills that can lead the team to competitive markets and continuously improve sales performance.
Job Responsibility
1.Develop and execute sales strategy: Develop sales strategy and sales plan in line with the company’s strategic objectives to ensure the team completes performance metrics.
2.Business Development: proactively lead team explore new market opportunities with establishing new and profitable business model, especailly in NEV area.
3.Team Management: Form and cultivate an effective sales team, set assessment standards, and motivate team members to actively engage in work.
4.Customer relationship Maintenance: Establishes and maintains good relationships with important customers, understands customer needs, provides customized solutions, and improves customer satisfaction.
5.Market Analysis and competitor Research: Analyzes market dynamics and studies competitors' products, prices, and sales strategies, providing the basis for the company to formulate a targeted sales strategy.
6.Contract negotiation and signing: Participate in business negotiations with important customers, sign sales contracts, and ensure that the terms of the contract are in the company's interest.
7. Interfaces with Engineering, Marketing and Product Development Teams. Works closely with Project Management team to realize customer project / program.
8.Sales Operational Excellence: continiously work on customer account, product portfolio, account receivable, sales forecasting and inventory management as well as increase sales price to improve business profitability.
9.Schedule and participate in tech suites, trade shows, and other product presentations. Sells full Service Solutions capability.
10.In close follow up with COEM oversea strategy and support COEM export business.
1.Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Business, Marketing or related degree desired.
2.Minimum five years of experience in sales management and extensive experience in sales team formation and management, preferably in automotive industry.
3.Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
4.Good knowledge of automobile systems and automotive industry.
5.Self-motivated and good initiative and ability to work independently.
6.Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.
7.Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, matrixed environment satisfying multiple customers.
8.Proven record of accomplishment of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
9.Has a team spirit that leads teams together to meet market challenges. High pressure resistance to maintain high efficiency in high-intensity working environments.
10.Excellent project management/organizational skills
11.Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word
12.Good verbal and written communications in both English and Chinese
Travel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequecy
