· Responsible for the strategy formulation, implementation, and execution of the company's software and hardware solutions in North American market business;
· Smart industry solutions (smart industry/smart hotels/smart parks/smart business licenses/smart buildings, etc.) strategy formulation and BD implementation for key customers (e.g., business expansion);
· Develop and deeply cultivate overseas markets, expand resources such as local channel operators/dealers/brands/distributors/retailers/real estate developers in the target market, and achieve promotion and business goals;
· In-depth understanding and research of the local market, collecting target customer information, visiting customers, negotiating business and reaching cooperation;
· Integrate platform resources, reach cooperation with benchmark customers in the local market, and enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence;
· Empower partners to transform IoT and improve their capabilities;
· Optimize the customer structure, build a rich customer array, do a good job in customer service, and achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
