Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is actively seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the leadership team for our location coming soon - Glendale, AZ!!

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company, and Glendale, AZ is coming in March, 2025!. Our nine AIKG locations feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated event spaces & restaurants featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the team in the execution of targeted sales programs aimed at driving pre-sold group business. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

This is a salaried Senior Manager Position with opportunities to lead an event team and to make significant commissions. Benefits include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including:Site inspectionsQualifying LeadsMenu SelectionContractsInterface site operations to ensure execution of site eventsRepresent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade EventsProcess POS purchasesResponsible for a quality guest experience and recoveryAbility to empower staff to deliver excellent standard of serviceEnsure the highest level of quality product and serviceBuild productive trusting relationships with clients and guest.Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual goalsLead follow up and generation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Guest service and leadership experience is preferred. A Drug Test and Background Check is required prior to employment.
