ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

 

· Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential

· Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity

· Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery

· Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

· Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

 A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years’ experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more.

Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
