Summary of the role:

Y'all, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Freight\nSales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in\ndriving our sales and expanding our freight services business across the\nMilwaukee, US.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing\ncustomers, understanding their needs and translating them into sales\nopportunities.Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers,\nensuring profitable and competitive pricing.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends\nand identify potential business opportunities.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer\nsatisfaction and timely delivery of services.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve\ncompany goals and objectives.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in freight sales, with a strong\nunderstanding of the freight and logistics industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the\nability to engage and influence customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the\nability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales\ntargets.Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in\nthe freight industry.
