As a Senior Sales Development Analyst, you will be responsible for a comprehensive understanding of firm capabilities and strategically aligning those capabilities to market trends. You will be responsible for developing strategies, demonstrating industry expertise as it relates to industry trends and needs, and translating a wide variety of internal and external inputs into insightful go-to-sales strategies.
The Senior Sales Development Analyst must demonstrate strong analytical skills, an abundant curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, and an ability to develop strong internal relationships across service lines, Industry leaders, and geography leaders. The ideal candidate must be a versatile and driven individual prepared to own top-of-funnel strategic development and translate those strategies into tactics and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with industry, service, geography leadership, and marketing to design and develop lead-generation strategies.Design and develop sales cadences, including messaging, assets, lists, timing, length, and resources.Gather and monitor prospect intelligence and propose actions based on findings.Procure, cleanse, and enrich prospect data for cadence execution.Collaborate with the Innovation team to execute new go-to-sales efforts for new solutions in various industries and markets.Identify and develop sales strategies for strategic services.Self-generate ideas into strategies and then execute those strategies by coordinating across cross-functional teams.Leverage sales development representatives to execute the lead generation strategy via cold outreach.Collaborate closely with marketing to coordinate cross-channel outreach to increase lead generation activity.Project manage multiple initiatives and campaigns by monitoring performance, interfacing with stakeholders, and refining concepts to increase effectiveness.Develop and maintain an internal stakeholder network across the firm.Own the voice of the sales team in firm initiatives and build out sales role in go-to-market product and service developmentQualifications:
Bachelor's degree3-4 years of experience in sales strategy development or business intelligenceProject management experience a plusExperience successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously with an extensive network of stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical background with the ability to tell the story behind the dataProficient in Microsoft 365 suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, TeamFamiliarity with market intelligence software and tools a plus (e.g. Zoominfo, Ibis World Wide, Sales Navigator, etc.)Familiarity with Microsoft Co-pilot and other Large Language Models a plusSalesforce experience a plusThe compensation range for this role is $67,060 to $145,310. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
