Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager / PMO Lead to join our Global Fraud Prevention group. This role will be responsible for shaping the structure of program management within the organization, mentoring program managers, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple functions, including but not limited to Consumer Risk, Identity, Machine Learning, and Seller Risk.This position requires deep expertise in managing programs with wide exposure and complex environments, leading multiple stakeholders, and developing governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in execution.

Define and implement program management structures, processes, and best practices across the organization.Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to program managers, ensuring professional growth and alignment with business goals.Develop, implement, and manage program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee program execution at a high level, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Monitor program risks, dependencies, and escalations, providing mitigation strategies as needed.Collaborate with executive leadership to align program management with company priorities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Product, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Track program performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project and program management.Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or a similar role.Proven experience in defining and implementing program management structures within complex environments.Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding program managers.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple high-priority programs and navigate shifting priorities.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.Why Join Us?
