The successful candidate will report to the AMER Revenue Accounting Manager._ **_Responsibilities_** + _Perform deal and contract reviews to ensure adherence with revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)_ + _Perform analysis and reconciliations for ASC 606 GL accounts_ + _Prepare journal entries for revenue accounting adjustments_ + _Work closely with global business partners to obtain information necessary to analyze deals and reconcile GL accounts_ + _Responsible for the preparation of quarterly audit schedules and prepare periodic reports to support internal and external reporting requirements_ + _Implement and document processes and procedures as required including Sarbanes Oxley compliance_ + _Support and participate on companywide projects for revenue accounting, as well as order to cash cycles_ + _Other revenue accounting or operations related duties as required_ **_Minimum Qualifications_** + _B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance_ + _CPA and Big 4 preferred, but not required_ + _3-5+ years of revenue or general accounting experience_ + _Excellent quantitative, analytical and data mining skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently._ + _Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, , audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditors._ + _Software company experience (preferred)_ + _Proficient in Excel (preferred)_ + _SAP, Business Objects, and RAR experience (preferred)_ **_The Ideal Candidate_** + _"Self-starter" with outstanding analytical, communication, and technical accounting skills.
