Identify new business opportunities and support development of new revamped and relocated stores in division
Develop a high performance team and culture focusing on ownership accountability and performance
Deliver targeted turnover and profit growth
Develop and manage annual operational budget and projections
Requirements
Must come with Area Manager/ Senior Area Manager/ Retail Operations Manager experience at a leading fashion retailer
Must have International Retailer/ International Brand experience
Must have multiple site management experience
High customer experience standards
Must be dynamic trendy a go getter & driven to succeed
The ability to perform in a fastpaced high volume retail environment
Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results
Exceptional communication skills
The ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally if required
