Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering. Registration: Must be professionally registered as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng. Experience: At least 10+ years of site experience on similar road rehabilitation projects. Expertise: Asphalt overlay experience is essential.  
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and road construction methodologies. Expertise in asphalt overlay techniques and material applications. Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
