Kantar Insights in Egypt is now hiring a Senior Research Executive to join our Downtown Mall office in Cairo!

As a Senior Research Executive, you'll support Directors and Consultants, making a real impact on our clients' businesses. Your role involves engaging with clients, designing studies, analysing data, and preparing insightful presentations and reports. You'll also manage projects and mentor junior staff, ensuring efficient and exceptional delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects, including defining objectives, designing methodologies, overseeing data collection, and ensuring timely delivery of insights.Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering presentations that communicate findings effectively.Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive actionable insights, using statistical tools and software as needed.Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that highlight key findings, insights, and recommendations tailored to client objectives.Mentorship: Mentor and support junior researchers, support teams, providing guidance on research techniques and project executionMarket Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and methodologies, incorporating innovative approaches into research practices.

The skills & experience you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Min. 3 years of experience in market research, preferably within a market research agency or consulting firm.Strong proficiency in quantitative research methodologies.Excellent analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, RFS, QLIB etc.).Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.Strong client relationship management skills and a proactive approach to client service.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative on individual projects.
