The role offers variety and will include:

Growing the DACH business by understanding client research needs, writing winning proposals for new and existing clients and pitching.Implementing outbound business development initiatives, including (but not limited to) new client outreach and lead generation, lapsed client programmes, existing account upsell, and building relationships within the broader dentsu/Merkle group to identify and create research opportunities.Collaborating with the marketing team to build and communicate a DACH marketing plan to deliver growth in the DACH region.Overseeing research projects from start to finish. Translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into impactful insights and recommendations for clients.Owning and fostering relationships with clients, finding opportunities to rejuvenate lapsed clients and growing the size of existing accounts.Mentoring and guiding team members enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities.
