Senior Research Analyst - Primary Research, True Global Intelligence
**Overview** FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency is looking for a **Senior Research Analyst** to join our True Global Intelligence (TGI) (https://fleishmanhillard.com/what-we-do/true-global-intelligence/) team. **Location is flexible and** **t** **his is a hybrid role based in one of our local offices.** FleishmanHillard’s TRUE Global Intelligence practice serves as a strategic enabler to the broader organization by harnessing research and data-driven insights to achieve client business objectives. Our work within TRUE Global Intelligence integrates measurement, primary research and secondary research methods with advanced data analytics and strategic consulting. This position will support a variety of research and analytics projects, with a specific focus on primary quantitative and qualitative research methods. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our DE&I goals. **Responsibilities** + Participate in integrated research and analytics assignments, including primary quantitative surveys, qualitative methods (including in-depth interviews, online discussion boards, and focus groups), secondary and syndicated research, consumer and cultural trend identification, and digital media content and social analytics. + Assist in study design,field and vendormanagement, including survey data quality reviews and quota management. + Support aspects of project timelines and requirements, and communicate accordingly with agency colleagues, and the research and analytics team. + Collaborate in analysis and reporting, visualize, evaluate, and synthesize data and insights to provide strategic recommendations based on research and analytics findings. + Curate best practices, lessons learned from portfolio projects; collaborate with peers to recommend improvements to quality standards established for the practice. **Qualifications** + Ability to join us in a hybrid model of working in-person weekly. + 2-3 years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models; previous experience in a client-service capacity is preferred. + Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful insights. + Strong project management skills; capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing projects. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels using both technical and non-technical verbiage. Great at presenting findings to a diverse audience. + Multitasker, self-starter, proactive, problem solver; ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Possess a sense of curiosity and interest in current events and culture; maintain a growth mindset. + Strong skills in MS Office (i.e., Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Data visualization skills using PowerPoint and other platforms. + Experience with data analysis tools (such as SPSS, R)and survey programming platforms (e.g., Decipher, Toluna, DisplayR/Q, SPSS), running cross-tabs, data cleaning and weighting data is a plus. + Experience with digital content collection and analytics tools (e.g., Cision, Brandwatch, MuckRack, Talkwalker, etc.)isa plus. + Bachelor’s degree required. **About FleishmanHillard**   We’re more motivated by what we can give than what we receive. The anticipated U.S. salary range for this position is $58,000-$67,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography.
