About the opportunity  

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing insights and reporting solutions via the provision of cloud-enabled, automated, interactive self-service analytics & dashboard solutions.

It has a focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance, customer and user experience, leveraging reporting and system enablement to deliver simplified, automated and scalable reporting solutions for our Parcel, Post & Ecommerce division.

What you’ll deliver with us  

This role will support the Business Performance and Insights Team and develop automated dashboard solutions to inform effective decision making, provide meaningful insights into both Customer and Business operational performance, customer sentiment trends, systemic issues, root causes and identify opportunities for business improvement. You will develop and maintain a robust reporting framework ensuring data quality and governance best practices are followed and maintained.

 

You’ll also   

Improve analysis methods, performance reporting systems and processes, delivering automated, scalable, self-service dashboard solutions that enable effective business outcomes.Gather requirements and develop wireframes to inform the design and build of data story telling visualisations.Collect, integrate, standardize and optimize large complex data sources via the provision of consumable analytics solutions.Build and maintain innovative dashboard solutions through effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders across Enterprise business units.Support BAU reporting requests ensuring we adhere to customer contracted SLA’s and meet the day-to-day operational needs of our stakeholders.


About you  

We are seeking a candidate with 6-8 years of solid experience in data analysis and data visualization. The ideal applicant will have strong technical skills, a background in call center or sales operations, and some project management experience, including developing project plans for dashboards using JIRA and Confluence.


You’ll also need   

Extensive data visualisation experience, empowering exploratory analysis and insight generation with business intelligence tools such as Data Studio, Looker, TableauStrong programming / data visualisation skills, familiarity with machine learning methods and experience with ‘data wrangStatistical knowledge and experience with GCP services and cloud architecture practicesStrong ability to communicate complicated concepts to audiences and craft compelling stories based on insights and analysis
