SENIOR REGIONAL DEPLOYABILITY COORDINATOR
Summary You will serve as a Senior Regional Deplorability Coordinator in the Force Manpower and Personnel Division of COMNAVSURFPAC. You will manage the Limited Duty/Disability Evaluation System (LIMDU/DES) personnel branch as a coordinator. Responsibilities You will provide guidance to subordinate command RDCs on personnel planning, and management of LIMDU/DES personnel at CNSP and subordinate commands to fully integrate Sailors into assigned organizations. You will be responsible for gathering data, compiling findings, presenting information to senior leadership. You will develop tracking procedures to capture metrics on LIMDU/DES personnel completion of necessary medical and administrative appointments. You will analyze and identify program or project issues and initiate process improvement efforts. You will provide personnel advice to senior leadership on LIMDU/DES management and engage with external stakeholders to address LIMDU/DES manning and administrative management issues. You will plan, coordinate, and advise on proposed strategic actions supporting the integration of LIMDU/DES distribution solutions and manage LIMDU/DES manning actions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-11 equivalent, or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience leading the operation of administrative program related to civilian personnel/manpower.
