Join a values-driven firm where you’ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges.Introduction to the teamThe Campus Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of intern and entry-level professionals as well as the planning, organization, development, and implementation for all related processes within our Central Region, which may include hiring into one or more of the following locations: Albuquerque, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Kansas, and Salt Lake City. Recruiting team members execute their responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and provide proactive insight, guidance and support to the firm’s partner group and employees, helping to make Moss Adams an employer of choice.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Develop strong relationships with faculty and students, while collaborating with firm professionals to facilitate networking and branding at targeted schoolsManage all on-campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitates the candidate selection and interviewing process to fill staff and intern positions throughout the firmCollaborate with leadership to develop a ‘recruiting mindset’ and evaluate staffing needs, as well as educate on overall recruiting processUtilize the firm’s recruitment tools and processes to execute proper work flow, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), diversity policies, and firm policiesProvide support to projects in the recruitment people management arena, including employment brand, applicant tracking system, Diversity Inclusion and other recruiting initiativesAssist with mentoring and supervising junior team members, as neededCollaborate with other team members on firm–wide programsPartner with HR and Resource Management to ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hiresQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in recruiting in public accounting or a professional services environment preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g. Taleo) preferredEffective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlinesAbility to understand problems, think critically and identify creative solutionsAbility to travel as needed, approximately 40%
