Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Sourcing of relevant profiles through various social media, vendors, etc. based on requirement Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards Source candidates utilizing social media and local groups Review resumes and conduct phone screens to determine qualifications Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job Documentation & Offer Creation: Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job Coordinate with the candidates and internal teams in devising offer letters Share offer letters with candidates Update details on Talent acquisition systems accurately and in a timely manner Craft communications to candidates, as needed, and guide them ensuring seamless onboarding Vendor Management: Responsible for all vendor payments and communication to them – liaise with the finance team Collate and compile vendor performance data Management Information Reporting: Export content from Talent acquisition systems; massage Excel files as needed Consolidate recruitment data and internal trackers Pull out & create reports for MI review Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an institute of reputePreferable experience of 5-7 years as a recruiter Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational/coordinating skillsAbility to effectively prioritize workload against competing demands and recognize the importance and relevance of tasks to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and under pressureExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage stakeholdersKnowledge/Experience:Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PPTExperience with working on recruitment systems will be an advantage
