Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to work out of our downtown Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. You will play a strategic role in ensuring our organization attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Sourcing Talent: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and more) to source candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver on hiring objectives.Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through the onboarding process.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to advise the company on recruitment strategies.Employer Branding: Partner with the HR and Marketing teams to promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice.Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruitment metrics to improve and optimize the hiring process, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and documentation comply with company policies and legal guidelines, including diversity and equal employment opportunity practices.QualificationsRequired Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related, or equivalent experience.Required Experience:
Deep experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for Individual contributor to Director level roles.Proven ability to recruit across various roles and levels, including technical and non-technical exempt level positions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation skills and experience with offer management.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.Experience in building strong partnerships with stakeholders and leadership teams.Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.Preferred:
Experience in recruiting for niche or technical roles (e.g., IT, product management, food science, marketing).Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters.Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, Sourcecon, or related)Benefits:
