Responsibilities Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring Source and manage pipelines in order to cover short and long-term recruitment needs for the business Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates Develop an interview process that supports hiring for Rivian’s culture and values Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience Experience managing pipelines and multiple levels of hire from early career professionals to senior engineering management Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. Experience hiring for Commercial and Operations functions.
