The Senior Recruiter will be the primary point of contact for Global Investment Bank and Markets Securities Services businesses (GBM) to deliver all aspects of our recruitment strategy. This is a full life cycle, end to end Recruiter role. The role will work closely with banking leaders and hiring managers to deliver excellence throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process. The incumbent will drive stakeholder engagement to source, screen, and present candidates for entry level through Director level roles. In addition, this role with partner with our Talent Development team to ensure both internal and external talent are considered for key roles. By having a deep understanding of the external market and our internal talent, this role will help senior leaders make decisions about build vs buy.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

At least 3 years of experience providing excellent recruitment services specifically to Global Banking and Markets clientsA proven knowledge of all elements of GBM structure, products and a track record of excellence as a trusted advisor to GBM leadership and managers - including knowledge of external market conditions and talent trendsQualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in recruitment and external sourcing strategy for all levels of employees - interns to executivesExperience sourcing and engage passive talent is keyGiven that the role holder is the primary point of contact to deliver our Talent Acquisition strategy, excellent written and verbal communications skills are requiredA broad and comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement and customer experience concepts requiredGiven this role will manage junior recruiter(s), the ability to influence, lead and coach colleagues is keyIn compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
