Collaborate with Manufacturing team, Logistics, Logistics Procurement, RPM'S, FP&A and other Celanese planners to optimize both tactical (daily) and strategic (long term) supply/demand balance for EM product in line with entire EM strategic business imperatives.Maintain production and inventory plans based on inventory targets and strategic business imperatives.Provide input for approval of Constrained Consensus, Demand Forecast based upon known supply constraintsMaintain planning parameters data in system. (Lead time, Min lot size, Safety stock)Provide and execute recommendations that consider cost, service levels and strategic business imperatives.Work with Network Optimization resources to determine inventory targets aligned with network capability and strategic business imperativesMaintain EM Americas SAP Material Master Data (tabs MRP1, MRP2, MRP3, MRP4)Full back up for other EM Americas Raw Material PlannerBachelor's degree required - Engineering or Business w/Supply Chain focus preferred 1-3 years' experience in planning or manufacturingHigh level analytical skills, SAP experience plus advanced MS Excel skillsStrong communication skills with ability to translate technical information to key stakeholders (Regional business leaders, Manufacturing leaders, Procurement, Logistics ops, Customer Service)Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a willingness to make decisionsKnowledge of root cause analysis methodologies desirable, Champions customer focus and service within Operations and supply chain managing processes.Ensures smooth functioning of end-to-end supply chains through effective planning processes and business integration.Provide RM forecast/requirements to procurement team. Experience w/ SAP preferredDegree in Supply Chain Mgmt., Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred4-5 Year of related experience in a manufacturing and or supply chain planningFinite inventory planning  experience (E.g.: Combination of raw material, deployment from plant to warehouse (finished goods), and execution)APICS certification preferredExperience w/ advanced planning / scheduling solutions preferred (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder)Experience in a chemical compounding environment preferredStrong problem solving, analytical and communication skills required
