Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates Administer contracts (GCC 2015, NEC3, JBCC proficiency essential) Oversee procurement, tenders, and payment applications Lead tendering processes and quantity take-offs Mentor junior QS staff and uphold best practices Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field 10+ years quantity surveying experience in the construction industry Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion Proficient in CCS Candy, BuildSmart, and MS Excel Proficient in GCC 2015, NEC3, and JBCC Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills Membership with a recognised professional body (RICS / ASAQS) advantageous Willingness to travel and must have own vehicle Apply: [email protected]
