Requirements

+15 years experience in quantity surveying with at least 5 years within a senior role Must have construction experience specialising in residential and commercial buildings B-Tech in Quantity Surveying or higher Proven experience in managing large scale real-estate development projects Knowledge of construction contracts, cost management and project management Permanent role in Zanzibar which requires relocation Interviews to be held in Cape Town
