Key Objective:
We are looking for a qualified Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about software testing. As a member of the IT project team, the QA Analyst’s role is to ensure that all tasks are identified and executed according to our SDLC.
Major Responsibilities:
Creation of test strategy documents and detailed test plans/matrices Thoroughly understand the functional requirements and the solution to test efficiently and effectively Perform risk assessments in conjunction with the team Provide defect analysis, daily reporting, and management reporting Assist in defining quality procedures, standards, and specifications Identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Work closely with the project team and key stakeholders Completion of university degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience and/or Personal Lines Insurance experience (Automobile)Excellent planning and organizational skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProcess oriented approach / creating and maintaining artifactsExcellent time management skills / ability to establish prioritiesMust be a team playerSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyAbility to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesIn addition to the skills mentioned above, Test Automation, IBC/GAA reporting and/or Evolution/Renaissance experience would be considered an asset:
