Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Python Developer who can help develop homegrown solutions to replace existing applications. This position is in St. Louis and will be a hybrid work schedule- 4 days in office 1 day remote. About the Role: We are building a new Customer Analytical App Team to develop homegrown solutions, replacing existing analytical apps built in Alteryx. This team will focus on Python-based backend development, React.js frontend, and AWS cloud solutions to reduce reliance on third-party tools like Alteryx. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing in-house applications. You'll work closely with onshore and offshore team members, with a dedicated onsite presence in St. Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Python-based backend applications * Build intuitive, responsive UIs using React.js * Deploy and optimize applications in AWS cloud infrastructure * Work on migrating functionalities from Alteryx to a custom-built solution * Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes and reduce third-party dependencies * Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team collaboration * Act as a lead developer, running stand-ups and guiding offshore team members
