Credence Management Solutions is seeking a Senior Protocol Executive for the United States Space Forces-Space (S4S) Protocol Office. The Protocol Office oversees all events, meetings, visits, conferences, and ceremonies in support of United States Space Forces-Space (S4S) General Officers, Senior Leaders, and subordinate offices. They perform oversight on command protocol policy, procedural guidance, and requirements while providing support and guidance for S4S members to facilitate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Support the protocol planning, management, and execution for all events involving the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and Command Senior Enlisted Leader, to include events, visits, meetings, ceremonies, conferences.Provide support for Distinguished Visitor’s (DVs), meetings, events, and ceremonies as required by the Protocol Director.Support for events include the drafting and/or review of event books, coordination with and providing appropriate protocol guidance and information to assigned action officers (AOs), and working with the offices of the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and Command Senior Enlisted Leader. Support includes execution activities, as appropriate, on the day of the visit or event.Assist the Protocol Team in all S4S daily operational support needs.Take action to manage, organize, support, and oversee the daily operational elements within the protocol officeCreate and provide high-quality protocol event products (nametags, table tents, food tags, seat tags, seating charts, parking signs, etc.) to appropriately accommodate the meetings and hosted events of the S4S Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and/or Command Senior Enlisted Leader.Accomplish the setup actions as necessary, and/or ensure rooms or locations are fully prepared prior to meetings, events, ceremonies, and/or visits.  Setup will consist of placing the appropriate products in the correct precedential order in accordance with AFI 34-1201, placing water, tea, coffee, and any food items necessary for those meetings in which S4S Leadership have directed their need.Interface daily with S4S Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and/or Command Senior Enlisted Leader and their respective staff members. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Must be able to obtain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.Bachelor's degree is required.Experience in supporting protocol activities and headquarters staff operations is required.Prior protocol/military/civilian/ First Sergeant or Group/Command Chief background preferred and familiarity working within or supporting the front office or staff of any of the following organizations: Space Delta-5, (previously known as the 614 Air Operations Center), Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), Joint Space Force Component Command (JFSCC), Combined Force Space Component Command (CFSCC), 30th Space Wing, Space Launch Delta 30 (SLD 30), Headquarters 14th Air Force (14 AF), 614th Air and Space Communications Squadron (614 ACOMS), 9th Combat Operations Squadron (9 COS), 18th Space Control Squadron (18 SPCS), National Space Defense Center (NSDC), Space Systems Command (previously known as the Space and Missile Systems Center), Headquarters Air Force Space Command (HQ AFSPC), United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), Space Operations Command (SPOC), or a similar military mission is highly desired. Outstanding attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills are necessary.Must be able to work proactively and adjust workloads, priorities, and taskings as necessary to meet requirements and suspenses. Will be required to interface with, advise, and brief senior military leaders and civilian clients on a regular basis.Candidate will interface with active duty military personnel and government civilians daily. Prior experience supporting staff activities is highly desired.
