Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision. Partners with the Director of Sales Operations and other departmental leaders to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Job Summary: Responsible for crafting responses to RFP’s and updating the ProAct warehouse of pre-curated responses, as well as completing Standard Proposals to be reviewed by the Director of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities Assess RFP specifications; review & interpret key proposal requirements, timelines & non-standard items.Research, write, and organize information in a professional, credible and presentable manner.Prepare RFP documents and provide quality assurance through proofreading and editing proposals.Assist in organizing, coordinating, submitting all requests for timely responses from all relevant subject matter experts (SMEs)Editing and revising proposals according to feedback from subject matter experts and sales team.Refine and update proposal content to ensure alignment with best practices in the industry, differentiation from competitors and accurate reflection of business processes and programs. Work with multiple departments across the organization to ensure appropriate representation of services including sales, account management, clinical, analytics, marketing, and senior leadershipWriting new content and tailoring existing responses to meet proposal needs.Assist in maintaining the RFP database of reusable content and references to ensure accurate and current information is present.Use company templates for proposals in order to maintain a sense of consistency within the departmentAssist in maintaining/updating company templates for proposal useWorking with the design team to create graphics and visuals for projects.Meet deadlines by being capable of prioritizing responsibilities and balancing your workloadWork as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvements or ways to streamline the processCollaborate with subject matter experts throughout the organization to effectively address pending business or process changes, market events, new data and competitive intelligence to create persuasive proposal content. Present final draft proposals to management for review and approval Represent the RFP Department on implementation coordination to ensure plan specs and processes match sales promises. Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsJob Skills Required:
Experience in the healthcare/PBM sectorResearch skills must be able to use all available resources to answer questions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Suites.Must be able to work independently.Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to simultaneously carry out multiple projects.Proofing and EditingEducational Requirements:
Minimum: AS DegreePreferred: BS Degree in Communication, English, Marketing or related fieldExperience Preferred:Preferred: Previous 3 years in health benefits related field, and/or RFP creation.
Compensation:
$20.00 - 23.00 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
