What this job involves:
Based in our Parramatta office, this property management role involves lots of interaction with one of JLL’s key clients on a regular basis. You will achieve ongoing client satisfaction and performance, effectively managing a portfolio of industrial properties and providing high level service.
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their Industrial Property management career by undertaking new challenges and collaborating with an expert Industrial team based all around Australia for one of our most reputable and renowned clients.
A snapshot of the role;
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day tasks required to manage a significant property portfolio, collaborating with tenants, contractors, the client and JLL personnel
Preparation of income and expenditure budgets as well as outgoing reconciliation
Negotiation of leases, lease renewals and rent reviews
Creating regular property reports and providing clients with regular updates on matters including finance, tenant queries and lease management issues
Maintenance of financial and legal aspects of the portfolio on the JLL Property Management system
Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implement future process improvements
Liaison with tenants with a customer service-based mindset
Co-ordination of Engineering Facilities Management services as applicable to the properties in your portfolio
Identify opportunities for revenue growth

Experience and a true passion for industrial property with good financial acumen will be required plus a thorough knowledge of all property management functions.
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration will be expected.
Has a reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service towards clients, tenants and contractors
Well-presented and professional
Ability to make decisions and implement within the bounds of delegated authority
Ability to be flexible in order to meet the business and client needs
