A very notable global company seeks a Senior Project Sales Consultant to join their NYC team. The successful applicant will be a high energy individual, with strong sales and personal skills.
Key Responsibilities Accountable for leads generation (mainly from A&D firms, but not limited to) Managing leads from various sources, from initial enquiry to follow through to conversion rate Guarantee that the store provides best in class luxury experience and outstanding level of hospitality Selling and providing expertise on the products available Pricing and creating proposals for each prospect client Potential travel to have site meetings with clients Providing timely follow up on open orders for clients Managing multiple clients at once Manages and builds a high-quality relationship with the client to increase the generation of leads by referral Operates with a high degree of flexibility in working hours; attends social events
Skills and Experience Minimum of 6+ years' experience in sales Commercial sales experience Experience in construction flooring, stone or plumbing preferred Experience working with Architects, Designers and General Contractors desirable Experienced at serving customers and developing client relationships Balances team and individual responsibilities; contributes to building a positive team Confident public speaking and communicating with impact Enthusiastic and customer service focus Passion for design and creativity Charismatic, influential, able to impress and attract clients Ability to travel throughout NYC to meet with clients 20% of the time
