As a Product Manager, you will lead and direct a team of multifunctional engineers responsible for sustaining product activities, including design enhancements and implementations at both factory and customer sites. You will interface with suppliers, internal teams, and external customers to address product engineering and manufacturing issues, while managing day-to-day operations and prioritizing work aligned with business unit strategy. Additionally, you will oversee documentation releases, support supply chain and operations teams, and lead technical projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Lead and direct a group of multifunction engineers responsible for sustaining the product.Responsible for all sustaining activities including design enhancements, and implementation at both factory and customer sites.Interfaces with supplier, internal and external customers on product engineering and manufacturing issues.Manage day to day operation of supplier and customer issues and enhancements within engineering group. Provide support to supply chain and operation teams on engineering-related issues. Follow up on documentation release include drawings and BOM, WI & T&A, FAT and Quality gap closure.Works with functional engineers and supplier to deliver results for technical projects and ability to filter relevant information for the right audience.Provide leadership and prioritizes work aligned to business unit strategy.Able to run the program independently, orchestrate and lead multi-site integration meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.Minimum 5-10 years of experience preferably in semiconductor industry in Die Bonding. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management role in a matrix environment. Technical strengths in at least one technical function, ideally mechanical / system relatedGood communication skills, strong team player, able to work and manage multi-discipline teams. Good knowledge of semiconductor backend products and comfortable with working in customer sites. Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and machine configurator is a must. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work as part of a global engineering team with offices in Singapore, US, Europe and Asia; ability to travel internationally.Able to work with all levels.Company overview:
